Did you want to let them know his address so he can get copies of reports etc too? If you want to let them know who is collecting her on which days, just set it out in bullet points like:
My daughter will be collected by the following people:
Monday: xxx
Tuesday: xxx
Something like that?May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
