BT online accounts , prefixed with GB

Does anybody have any info re BT online accounts prefixed by GB, they appear to be having lots of problems with this software and many acounts do not work properly, my account does not allow bill download and recent calls does not update, friends and family has only just started to work. Hard to believe I know but BT does not seem to have an answer, even when i am passed to every department on the planet one by one.:confused:

    I gave up complaining to the call centres about this a few months ago, I complained to the chairman's office instead.

    Slowly they are working on it. Last week they fixed the Friends and Family, they said they had fixed why I got duplicate records in Recent Calls, but that has restarted again. I think this has a fair way to go yet. Ordering still does not work and Call Features is not showing correctly still.

    Cannot believe they can introduce a new GB prefixed account and get it so wrong, especially as the SD prefixed accounts work, thought it would be easy to just change SD to GB and keep everything working fine, unless im missing something
