i've set up 4 pic messages-properly as far as i no-but everytime i receive 1 it tells me 2 logon 2 my 02 acct 2 view it.why can't i from the fone?


also an annoying thing.when i send a txt i get the tone as i do when receiving.i've played abt with the settings but can't c owt.hope sumbody can help.

Sometimes the sims needs an update before they can be received by the phone, its not only dependant of having the right settings on the phone.

u don't wanna no wot a job i've had with settings 4 this fone.just done the mms manually but when i rang 02 the yesterday they said the sim had 2 b provisioned ( is this the update u mentioned?) and mite take 72hrs.had the sim abt 3 yrs now i think.well i assumed everything was ok cos i got the wap settings sorted ( manually) but was being charged.so rang them this morning and the guy explained why.just manually done the mms settings.have 2 c how things go.when my son got his moto v547 ( on 02 as well) his was all set up.gonna take the fone in2 the 02 shop on tues 2 c if they can check the settings and help me out with that annoying tone.

Yep that would be the update I mentioned.

Picture messaging is pretty new and your card being 3 years would need the update....my bro had a similar problem with an old Orange sims...he needed the sims updated which took a few days, works great now.

If you take it to an O2 shop, they may be able to help, however; they may just tell you to wait for the sims update
