Well im down most of the time but such is life i find, you probably wont think it's bad news but on trying to sort my debts out i was hoping on my ccj going through but i came home to a letter saying that my bank had refused what the judge had said i could afford and was going for a charging order on my home. So i now have to resubmit my soa to the courts at a cost of £35 to apply for it again.
