Yeah the solicitors called me today they said for my injuries - which my GP put down as "soft tissue damage" there is a potential claim for between £1,200 and £2,400. I said my concern was that my aches and pains come and go and what if I see their doctor and at that time there is nothing wrong with me. That was when they told me to keep a diary. Just so happens that my neck and shoulders were quite painful tonight when I was driving and my back is hurting now.
Aaah thats what mine was described as too. I was trapped by the steering wheel across my thigh so now have a dent across it:rolleyes:A freebie a day sends a smile my way!
