a good trick which i use when a problem is qorrying me and i am not being flippant is ..... i have a worry bag and i put my worries in and then zip it up, it takes practice but it does work, i normally have to pick them up in the morning but i usually get a good nights sleep.... another way i have used is writing dpwn how i feel..... hope i have not over stepped the bounds

i agree about the diary, you just have to be sure that no one else reads it, especially if you are going to completly download, although if i have been have a problem with someone i have writeen them a letter, and then chose weather to send or shread it... amazingly helpful....
