You have a dress like that (!) Apparently Smashed has a face like that. Hmmmmmmm a plan forms ... If I don't win anything in the GA auction do you have a buy it now price? I can pretend where it came from and get smashed to pose in it. And if Rambler can do impressions we're away:DNight owl member Tventy Four ah ahWhere is the wisdom we lost in knowledgeWhere is the knowledge we lost in information. T.S. The internet is a good thing. I just made a claim for a default judgment against Shittybank at 3am. Remember whan the banks closed at 3.30 in the afternoon?
That pays off the card AND leaves me $500 (see earlier post re my US laptop) towards another Cherrrrrrrching!Night owl member Tventy Four ah ahWhere is the wisdom we lost in knowledgeWhere is the knowledge we lost in information. Morning everyone, just a quick post as I'm at work.
I think I may have worried a few people by not being around last night. Sorry, it wasn't intentional. When I got home from work I decided to have a quick nap and before I knew it it was morning. So I haven't done anything silly and I haven't been avoiding you all. Am I allowed to keep my arms attached to my body??:D
And thank you for all the messages and PMs. You are a wonderful, caring and thoughtful bunch of people.Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on

Worried? Twelve hours later I can exhale!
I'm a bit worried about smashed's tendancy to violence though. Last week she was going to smack me now she's ripping off limbs.

My sister called me earlier. She and my neice will be coming to my house on Saturday to help me get on with the kitchen. Since I gave up my full time job many moons ago it has been half finished. Actually, that's probably extending the truth a bit - it's new units are in, the walls are about a quarter stripped, half the tiles are off the wall and it looks a bit like a small explosion has taken chunks out of the walls. We're going to finish the stripping (behave Vlad!) and get the rest of the tiles off. Then, I'm going to use the money I got for my birthday to get it plastered. Anybody got any idea how much plastering costs? It's only a small room but I hope it wont be too hideously expensive.
So, at least I'll be kept busy this weekend. It also means I have to get my finger out for the rest of the week so they can get in the door!Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on

Hi Mupet
Glad to see you back Hun...and well done on the long sleep...I had one of those last week and sure felt a lot better.
Good news about your sis...and the kitchen.
Don't know how much plastering is....have you got the dimensions of the walls to be plastered?....might be able to get my sis to give a rough quote/handy hints as she is in construction and is visiting me thursday to go through builders final invoices/charges (she has handled the builders on my house re-build).
Just off to hospital now so back on later.
Stay strong.....big hugs
