    No we have not spoken before,,,, am sore tonight, so finding sleep difficult... so thought i would join in.... slept a lot today as i had a migraine...

    will be great to have someone to talk to..... do you have problems sleeping as well.

    I went raspberry picking earlier to get out it was fantastic, more eating than picking i have to say.... delicious

    just having a options mint hot chocolate.... hoping that will help...
