Going to Broadband- Do I need to back-up

Hi Im going to broadband on Monday, Do I need to back up all my stuff from my AOL .Im particularly worried about the secure sites such as my bank, I dont understand the technicalities of switching, I have never backed up my PC before if I need to, how do I do it? Im from planet zog lol

It's part of the coding, once you put "STICKY" in front of it, it changes it into stealth mode.
