Yep - I agree it looks 'puter related. It's bizarre that some peeps are actually getting different versions of the software (ie. date box/no date box) let alone different versions of the date.
It wouldn't hurt if they actually programmed in some of their rules & regs either - frinstance, if you do a BT it should tell you what the fee is, that it exceeds 95%/98% of credit limit etc. It's not rocket science is it :-/0
