Mine has gone today as well.
Was 7th Feb 05, then 1 Feb 05 now gone
How do we know that they haven't changed it to 31 Dec 04 for example? How do I add a signature?0 -
The dates have gone here too....!
Be nice if they would make the debt vanish - hehe!
Seriously,...its dubious activity so far....2 date reduction changes, then the dates vanish completely....Beware Lego Men with Deep pockets...! :cool:0 -
Sounds like computer problems to me. That would explain changing dates and it now being removed until they can fix it.
Has anybody asked them?0 -

Hi all
I noticed this as well. My 0% end date has always been stated as 20th Jan 2005 until this week when it now said 1st Jan.
I rang up MBNA and asked the exact date that my 0% was due to end and the guy said 23rd Jan?????
I asked him why the date had changed on my netaccess screen and he couldn't offer an explanation. He just assured me again that it is the 23rd and said that MBNA can-not change the end date of a 0% period without telling the customer.
I remain baffled!!!0 -
My date has now disappeared as well.
Canny-mal
What date are you aiming to clear your balance by now? :-/0 -
I'm planning on clearing it by 20th Jan
As someone said higher up the thread this sounds like a computer problem rather than MBNA actually purposely changing the dates
Having spoken to the rep I don't think there's any cause to panic.
That said tt would appear that this issue has caused the MBNA call centre to be flooded with worried custoners. I noticed the change of date on Thurs evening and rang them straight away. Had to hold for 20mins before I got through to a rep. Never normally wait more than a min or two. Thank god it's an 0800 number!0
