Is there a real significant difference between the two , or do you hardly notice the difference ?

Depends what your main use of the internet is - if you just surf the web and read emails, you probably won't notice a significant difference.
Its mainly when you're downloading large files (programs, movies), or when you're streaming videos (BBC iPlayer, 4oD) that you will notice a significant difference is speed.
Also check for monthly allowance limits - sometimes theres a limit as to how much data you download in a month. If you're a light user it shouldn't affect you, but if you download music, stream videos etc you should be wary, as they can and do charge you per GB that you're over your allowance.0 -
Pressuming you can actually get the top speeds, you'll only notice it if you download music, games, moviews alot or watch streaming video and play online gaming. Normal internet surfing, chat rooms etc, downloaded a dozen or so songs a week wont really be noticable.0
