    As an Ex Orange Employee the Bristol one is the best one
    as the Patchway Branch forwarded the letters on to us
    at Almondsbury....

    Yes, I believe you're right, they do forward from Patchway..........

    yes i got a reply as in phone calls not a letter... wrote to them twice first time was last years contract and they were very helpful, 2nd time in july this year not helpful at all telling me she knew her job and what was right and what was wrong even though i was told on a later call that i was right ..even though i knew i was anyway i really think orange customer service has gone way way way down hill in the past couple of years cant wait to get out this contract in feb to go onto o2 payg only went onto contract fpr the phone
  • I've tried email, and I'm told that they can't deal with account specifics so they tell me to phone. I phoned back in September they were suppose to ring back, they didn't. I rang again last week they were suppose to ring back, they didn't. I rang Friday, the woman gave a whole bunch of wrong info and after a call that was 30mins long she HUNG UP without the issue being resolved. I rang back to speak to her and she was 'unavailable'
