Got a W580i - bad decision?

After I got my £10 a month for 100 mins + unlimited texts on Orange, I was looking around at my chosen phone, the SE W580i. Was this a bad decision judging by all the bad reviews about it breaking very quickly and particuarly the keys snapping? If I want, can I change the phone with Orange when I receive it as long as I don't open it?

I'm assuming you ordered it online or over the phone in which case yes, you can return it (legal requirement under the Distance Selling Regulations).

I don't want to cancel the contract though. As long as I keep it sealed could I return it to Orange? If so, how should I do this? I like the look of the Orange SPV E610 which is the same price as the W580i on PAYG.

the keys cracking were only an issue with the 1st few batches - SE recalled the w580/s500 due to the paint on the keys.

Where did you get it for ten quid a month? On orange's website Dolphin 15 is going for £15 per month. Is this an upgrade deal?

I called up as I was going to leave Pay as you Go and they offered me it. I'm still trying to find out what to do if I wanna change the phone
