Be very careful when getting involved in one of these offers I did everything required on the terms and conditions yet they said I DID NOT FORFIL THE CRITERIA, I asked them to return everything too me so I could pursue this and they just dont respond. Vodafone said they would help 13months on contract ended no cashback and no help from vodafone. Tried legal action but unless cashback company gives me my paperwork back I dont have evidence sent all info special delivery, but post office can only prove they signed for all my mail. To rub salt in wound there responses to say I didnt forfil the criteria were all sent without stamps so I incurred charges to recieve them, so I just wanted people to be aware. I've been stung and its a expensive loss as you are stuck in 12 month contract.SO BE CAREFUL I'm not the first and I wont be the last.

There are literally at least dozens of long threads on many companies answering those questions. At the end of the day you didn't know exactly what you were up against and haven't covered yourself. No-one should do any cashback deal unless they do - and few do, despite numerous warnings on these threads over many years, both generally and specifically. I think you will need to recover and put this behind you. The alternative is to spend days reading through all the threads and almost certainly to little practical effect. Without proper evidence and knowing what you are doing with these things you stand no real chance of getting any money back I'm afraid. In fact, you'd almost certainly be throwing time and money after the amount you have already forfeited. If you had done everything properly and covered yourself from the moment you took out the contract you would have no need at all for them to send you anything in order to get your money through the legal process - provided the company is still trading, of course. Many aren't or are on their last legs.0
