you cannot pay with points and collect points im afraid
as for shopping online or instore its your preference really
Many thanks, another dumb question - say you get gift when you spend £20 but there is also an offer of 3 for 2 - does the price you pay have to be £20 or the price it would have been without the 3 for 2 qualify for the gift
Went to Boots today and it took me two hours with all the wonderful hints and tips I got here - although spent £100, saved £40 and got 1400 points (which I am thinking is carp compared to others here)LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

haha, welcome, and welcome to my world! I spend hours in Boots! looking for bargains, luckily DS can't speak yet otherwise DH would be tanning my backside!
me personally think 1400 points and £40 save is great, especially if you are doing this all for the first time.0 -

yes, he didnt get as much for it as he wanted, did he?
but I tell my DH, there are people in this world who are housebound for one reason or another, and to them shopping online is their world. So something like ebay, even though to us experienced shoppers maybe over priced, to these people maybe worth paying for so they can experience life on the outside without actually having to leave home.
does that make sense? sometimes for these people they have nothing else to spend their money on, so it doesn't matter, that they might be able to get it cheaper. It is some form of contact for them.0 -
