that's fantastic, the care in nursing that you are doing in sept. I'm still waiting to see where my next chapter in my book of life is going to take me.

im not gonna hold my breath ive spoken to them on the phone they are not nice to deal with ..

    Hi cidergirl

When you speak to them via telephone, do they disagree with you regarding what vouchers you have used etc? Are they (wrongly) saying you have used vouchers you were not supposed to?
I am confused as to why they would suddenly have a problem with your account when you were doing nothing wrong.

Hope you can get this sorted as they really need to either tell you what you are supposed to have done (for example, intent to fraud, etc) or reinstate your points. They cant just leave you in the dark.

    Palice

Thank you so much for all of that detailed info about Clinique. I used to use it religiously but found my skin just couldnt handle it. I was told that sometimes skin has to get worse before it improves. I agree that the mild clarifying lotion is much nicer than the regular.
What about the All about eyes stuff - is that just as useless? LOL I have some left over from a GWP and just wondered if I should bother using it or invest in a better eye cream.
