I didnt have their names but did get a good description of them and they said they could see from the rota who they were.

They have got back to me already assuring me that the people involved will be dealt with in appropriate manner and that the company apologises for me being treated in such a bad way.

I didnt want anything back I just wanted them to know what their staff were up to and how customers were being treated.

I live in shropshire, when i go to telford boots they have some good offers. I am goin on holiday to devon next week (exmouth) any one know any good offers in boots down here? xx
