This is my first comp post so firstly big thanks to Velvetglove for the great beginners guide. I have searched by keyword and URL and didn't see it so hope it's not been posted before.

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over, with the exception of L’Or!al Paris employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw/competition.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official online form.
4. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
5. Entries must be received on or before 1st October 2008. The prize draw will take place on 3rd October 2008. L’Or!al Paris reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
6. 50 completed entries drawn at random will each receive a deluxe L’Oreal Paris giftbag with an individual selection of skincare products specifically chosen based upon the age group selected when entering the competition.
7. All winners will be notified by e-mail by 30th October 2008.
8. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
11. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
12. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L’Or!al Paris, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 8 weeks of the draw date.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
14. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
16. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
