I'm pretty sure he quoted £27 a month with T-Mobile Flext35
£25 on here http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/mobile-phones/price-plans/pay-monthly/flext/plans/
Though if you maze around the site I think it can be had for £22.50 on certain phones.
If you went via Quidco there's £35 cashback. On Combi T-Mobile are doing free web'n'walk on Combi £30 (700 minutes and Unlimited texts)0 -
sorry- yes I confused you all. The 27 was the recommended tariff but he called his own provider and said he got a 20 quid deal - I think.Self confessed Florida expert

To dispel the confusion, the facts are as follows.
At the conclusion of his Gadget Show report on mobile 'phone contracts, broadcast on Monday (7 July) on Channel 5, Jon Bentley was asked by Suzi Perry which of the 60,000 deals currently on offer he would most recommend.
The one he pointed out was:
T-Mobile
Flext 35
1,000 cross-network minutes / 2,000 texts per month
Free Nokia N95
£27 a month for 18 months.
Only available online
That appears now, on the T-Mobile website, to have risen to £30 a month :

that was not the one was i was wondering about, it was his own one that you saw him on the blower for. But thanks anyway and good old t mobile, pop the price up when you get a bit of free advertising. Would serve them right in on next weeks show he changed his mind and told everyone to go elsewhere!Self confessed Florida expert

They were in fact doing a cracking deal on Flext 35 with certain handsets only for £22.50 and when that promo started it even included free weekend calls. It was on for about 6 weeks and did say it was a limited time offer... I posted about it before.
Don't forget QuidCo for T-mobile purchases on-line as well.
EDIT: £25 for Flext-35 with certain phones still available... no 10% extra off any more but still a great deal!

Jon Bentley didn't reveal what network he was on himself (although, evidently, it isn't T-Mobile because he asked it to match a T-Mobile offer) but he pays £20 a month. After threatening to leave and asking for his PAC code, he was raised from 500 minutes + 100 texts to 600 minutes + unlimited texts and was given a Nokia 6300.

I'm guessing Orange, as I got a similar deal with 600 mins + unlimited texts + free N82.
