I am just about to start a DMP, I owe 64K, I contacted Payplan and found them very helpful. They called me back with in 10 minutes of me contacting them via the internet and arranged to call me the next day to go over all my money in VS money out, and talk about which options are open to me. They give me some good info like which banks are linked to other banks, and what happens in year four of a IVA. They are going to call me again in a few days time to see what I want to do.
Just a small point about your spending, we get free internet with Sky on the basic £16 package, looks like you are paying £5 a month extra for it.

Thanks LR. I'm doing my DMP with CCCS. My new bank account is with Natwest which isn't linked to any of my other debts and I'm not touching an IVA. We pay £5 a month for our broadband for the higher speed;) .
