BSM driving school - waste of money

SmartDrivingUK ran by John Farlam ,Do not go with them made promises then ripped me off £1000! For which I got an online training pack and no driving training due to an illness I had. How can a company morally justify taking £1000 for training and only supply £40 worth of books and no face to face training. When I informed them of my illness and the fact I was unable to complete all of the online training as s result of this, I was met with tough! refer to the terms and conditions, this despite the fact that the person who was my meant to be my contact was off sick and as a result I was not contacted for over four months! Double standards from a morally bankrupt company
