Im basicly coming out of work soon due to long health issues, as il have a much lower income i cant really afford my £35 p/m, theres 10 months left on my 18 month contract.
T-Mobile want £220 to cancel my contract but if i can prove my ill health via a doctors letter will they let this slide?
Any help appreciated.

they are not obliged to let you off any of your contractual obligations. However, you can appeal to the human side of anyone you talk to and explain your situation; they might let you drop down to a cheaper tariff.
Worst case, as you are 8 months in, then your Ts & Cs might be the old ones and allow you to switch down after 11 months anyway. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
