Where's cheapest broadband, phone, line rental

We have just worked out that we pay £899 every 18mths just for
broadband - tesco
Line rental - BT
Phone calls - Talk Talk

:eek::eek::eek:

We need to cut back right now.

Can anyone recommend a good supplier for all 3 or another way to cut back.
