Help! Does anyone know the phone number for chatterbox?
Ran into a bit of a problem. I bought a phone which was supposed come with a free AMB Bluetooth Headset accessory. When the phone came, the headset wasn't there, but since it was supposed to be free, I thought that it was a free gift that I had to claim later, by sending in copies of the first 2 monthly bills.
It was thus only 2 months later that I found out from the free gift claims department that the headset was not a "free gift", it was a free accessory that should have been delivered with the phones, and that as it was part of the order, I had had 7 days from the date of delivery to tell them that the headset had not arrived. Since it was more than 7 days, chatterbox refused to send me the headset.
On top of that, the site used to have a sales telephone line, which I used to call if I had a question. However, this number has been removed from the site!
Any help please?

Which was provided by me. Took me 2 months of calling to get my £115 check back off them! But got it in the end0
