To get this thread back on topic...
More Board Guides = swift merges = swift spam removal = happy freebie hunters...
One of the most visited boards on MSE now only has 2 BG's (who are doing a stirling job)... but the site is regularly receiving 9000-10000 hits; resources need to keep up with growth...
Just my two-pence worth... :T
Oh and I personally have no issue with newbies who haven't searched, or even regulars that have tried the sometimes fickle search engine and not succeeded (Martins Doll...:rotfl: :rotfl: ):o
... what I do find highly annoying are those regulars who can't be arsed searching ...

Excuse me, I've never posted anything on this board or any other which would offend or upset anyone! Regulars could tell you that.
I don't have a clue as to what you are reffering to.
Also if I cannot thank Martin Lewis on his own website, then where can I?

sorry if ive offended anyone, just thought id get my 2 pence out and say i respect you all, so please dont jump down my throat - im sure some of the newbies feel this more keenly than i do.
well said. but it is important that spammers and trolls are not allowed to hijack the boards for their own sad amusement.
this may mean that newbies can occasionally be intimidated but please dont hesitate to post anything relevant to money saving matters.
Keep trying.........................what else is there to do?

We're seeing more and more cases of people criticising others for posting duplicate freebies etc. Please remember we want to keep this the friendly community it always has been. If you can't say something nicely please don't say it at all.
Thanks

Andrea - we could do with one of these threads up on some of the instant win comps. I suggested to Dalkirst (he said to put it to other BG) that these comps could have a section of their own like the supermarket .... comp thread - well what does everyone think?

Nice idea Duke,
May i ask that you create a thread on the site feedback board where it is more likely to be picked up by a member of the forum team.
