It works with Sony Ericission w810i. I want to gift to someone who is using k750i. Any one knows if it is compatible with that?.

All bluetooth headsets should be compatible with all bluetooth enabled phones.0

Well the VBH-350 is not compatible with Nokia 6822 and 6120 classic ones.0

Well either the headset is not manufactured to the Bluetooth Standards, or those phones you mention are not built to the Bluetooth Standards.
