My Samsung crashes

I have a Samsung Z500 mobile which just of late freezes about a minuite after booting.

Does anyone know waht may be happening? I did take the back off to disable the power because I couldn't switch it off via the off switch but surely this wouldn't have done anything would it?

  • Taking the battery out shouldn't have done any damage. I would imagine whatever caused the original issue where you couldn't turn it off is what's causing the current issue.

How old is the phone (I don't know the model)? If less than 28 days old take it back to where you bought it for a replacement. If it's older then you can send it away via your network under warranty, or talk to Samsung direct. If it's out of warranty you can still send it away but it'll cost you for repair.

It could just be a software corruption, and a reputable local phone shop (Samsung repair centre??) could reflash the software.
If this has been of any use please click on THANKS, it makes me look good.
