I am currently with vodaphone but 18mth contract ended - just need to give 30 days notice to close. Does anyone know if can give my notice now and sign up on line for a new contract with them via quidco and benefit that way with a better deal than i am currently on and get the £ 130 cashback?
    Can't resist a bargain!!

so can you get a sim only for 6 months

    6 x 15 = £90

then get the cashbck and leave?

guess that would be kinda bad..

Absolutely, that is my plan.. I am currently porting the number to a T-Mobile PAYG, once thats done Im requesting a PAC and moving back to Vodafone for a (hopefully) £90 cashback and £15 sim only deal.

Note that they will only pay out the cashback after 4 months (or so), but still, it works out as free line rental for 6 months. :)
  • £130 cashback over 18 months is around £7.20 per month. So is the price plan I should be looking at the one at £25 (only online)? This has 600mins and unlimited txt.

Then I choose a phone which is either free at that monthly cost of £25, or pay extra for a better model if required.

    Does that sound right?

I am very confused as I am a 'cashback Site Virgin' - I have read the message above but I still can't work out how I get any money back. Would someone please show a virgin the light??? (PS a virgin on the forum to - well, I was - this is my first time :-) )

Go and sign-up on www.quidco.com - and then go to Vodafone through that site and you'll get the cashback if all goes well... simple really

Don't forget to clear your cookies before going thro quidco and then onto vodafone, otherwise you could miss out on the £130 cashback.

I'd always been PAYG who spent about £10 - £15 a month, but I signed up yesterday for the £15 unlimited texts contract (zero free talk time, but I'm more of a texter) over 18 months and a free Samsung F490.

Went through Quidco and it tracked quickly at £91, but they do say it will eventually validate at £130.

Got the free bluetooth headset chucked in too - nice!

Quite chuffed with Quidco so far actually - Only started using it just over a week ago and I'm up a nice little bundle already!

just request your pac code (and say your moving to a different network)

and go through the deal online

if they ask why you requested a PAC code just say you changed your mind (not that they will anyway)
  • Hi

Has anyone the link to the 600 mins unlimited text offer?

If you're a text-maniac then there's the Orange Dolphin 100mins/unlimited texts for £15 a month/18months witha £150 Quidco cashback on it at the minute.
