Insurance cover on mobile phone
Hi,
After tralling through years worth of bank statements (to claim bank charges back) I noticed a I was being charged £5.99 a month by someone I didn't recognise, I contacted the company and they sent me an email today stating that:-
"The policy was cancelled in January 2006. However, the direct debit payments of £5.99 were taken out to cover your mobile phone, purchased from Dial a Phone for theft and accidental damage"
I am not sure what I agreed to with Dial a Phone and I am going to dig the old contract out tonight but does anyone have any advice??
