nowhere near that, i haven't got any points in 8 years of driving, points bother me coz i'd like to keep it that way

its not that i dont care about the fine either, but i can handle it
No harm done and you will learn your lesson. Sometimes the best lessons are accidents or near accidents you walk away from as they make you learn.

I've no doubt that those 'perfect' drivers on here will suggest that to even run a red light accidentally once in your life is enough to get you a life ban but ignore them. They're just gloating because they seem to think that passing their driving test is the greatest feat known to man whereas the rest of us realise that being able to pass a driving test is so pi$$ easy, the pass certificate is hardly worth the paper it's written on.

:rotfl: Who's this then: 'I drive a million miles a year in my truck and I've never driven through a red light or broken motoring laws in any way. This is because truck drivers are the kings of the road and all car drivers should be shot if they ever step out of line'

i recognise this, hmmm just cant seem to place it

I love how you're terrified of being fined, but not at all worried about the lack of observation which led to you not looking at the red light in the first place.

EVERYONE makes mistakes from time to time. There is nothing to suggest that OP is a habitual offender!
