I use this site all the time the shipping times are excellent, and I have tried other sites recommended in this thread and can't find anywhere else cheaper. A black compatible for my printer is 73p, inclusive of VAT.

    Hi

We needed to purchase new ink for our printer, so after reading the best place to get some, we decided to use MX2. we placed our order in good faith, we received a confirmation email, then to oursurprise we received another email saying that the goods were out of stock, ETA would be 3-5 days, but this was not garuanteed. I emailed the company and then followed up with a telelphone call to cancel my order. On checking my online banking this morning I noted that MX2 has still taken the money from our account, although it states in their terms that money is not taken until the goods are dispatched. I have rechecked my order status and it is not showing as cancelled or that the goods are already dispatched.

    What are my rights please?

    Thanks

Epson carts have always been expensive things & trying to find cheap ones is a nightmare, but 7dayshop seem to be fairly reasonable, so anyone with an Epson printer may want to check them out.

Sometimes Amazon have cheap official carts too - I picked-up a cyan for my R200 for a little under £6 a few weeks back. Amazon had no others for my model, but at that price I had to grab it so that it was there for me in the future.

I found easyjetink.co.uk to be the cheapest.
With the T0711 Version 6 cartridges for my Epson SX200 at only £1.20
and only 78p for my R200

Personally, I've not had a good experience with this company. Bought some chipless cartridges from them but after transferring 2 chips the new cartridges wouldn't work. Called them but all they would do was sell me more expensive chipped cartridges and partially refund unopened ones of my first order.

No thought for the fact my printer was unusable. No thought for the fact that I'd had to phone them. No thought for the inconvenience this was putting me to.

How does that fit in with their claim to provide 100% Total customer satisfaction?

The true measure of a company is what they do when things go wrong. Inkredible fail miserably on this. I've used several suppliers before this company and there is no shortage of competition.

My recommendation is to use another company which looks after its customers even when things are going wrong. Plenty to choose from.

I always get my Epson Carts for my RX600 from this company...

Usually I buy the 'pro jet' multipack which has all the set of carts I need. Price is usually £3.99 & P+P.
