Hi,

I know this may sound a bit of a dumb question, I have to send the sixth month bill to e2save for cashback and I took the contract out in May, so which month's bill do I send?

check on their website by entering your order number and it will bring up your exact details and tell you which bills you need to submit. i nearly missed out until somone on here told me it was the presvious bill that i needed to send and not the one i had anticipated. i confirmed by using their webpage.

Thanks. I did this & it's a great help in what other companies use as a deliberately confusing process IMO. Certainly gives me more confidence about using e2Save again.

I have sent my 6th airtime bill a week ago and still have not received any confirmation via text message. I have emailed them a few days ago and still no reply.

I've had problems with getting confirmation from e2save about my cashback as I've already posted somewhere else.

I sent my appropriate bill plus the little voucher thing they wanted a month ago and they never acknowledged it. I wasn't getting any response to my emails either so I phoned at the weekend and they couldn't find it despite me having sent it Recorded delivery which shows receipt.

I was told to resubmit my claim, but then on Monday morning out of the blue I received an email confirming that my bill had been received and would be dealt with shortly, so all seems well after all.

    Soo

I received a text message yesterday saying they have received my claim and they will get back to me within 30 days, fingers crossed then.

Sent my bills to e2save around the 14th of october, got confirmation texts to say they had recieved claim and another text to say it had been approved. And today i got my cheque! Very pleased with their service.

Only thing which i dont like about e2save is their telephone service......it just sends you round and round on an automated system.

But no problems with cashback for me. :)

I received another text message saying your claim has been accepted and I should receive a cheque within 19 days.
