I have contract with Vodafone subcontracted to the CPW. From the offset this may seem a pretty bizarre thing to do, but is there any way to ditch the CPW part and contract to Vodafone directly? The reasoning behind this is CPW service is pretty naff to say the least. Every month I'm overcharged in some way or another in that they cannot seem to sort out my "free" extras I meant to receive.

In addition, I resent having to phone their 0870 number when Vodafone offers a free alternative. So, has anyone actually attempted this and what was the result?
