Just a quick question. I've found that 90% of the time you get through to india whereas the other 10% you get put through to a uk call centre. Is there a trick in the sequence of numbers to always get through to the uk? The people at the Indian call centres are very polite but they never quite seem to understand what I am asking them, whereas my probs get sorted a lot quicker at the Uk end. Ta.

I find this as well, as said, things to do with upgrading are in the UK. Other than that, I think it's often luck whether you get UK or India.

If you phone it using the full number and not 450 which is dearer then you get through to the Uk so there must be a way?

if you aren't in a hurry email them instead via their website. I always get a reply from someone and it's usually the proper answer to my question. takes a couple of days though.

try dialing nos. from saynoto0870.com because generally with companies I have found those geographical numbers to connect you to a physical call centre in the UK rather than a switch re-direct to abroad.
