Three (3) UK - 3G Sim - Where to get...cheap!?????

Basiclly, I am purchasing a nokia 6680, and it will be locked on three. I am on o2, but am not fussed as I just need a SIM for it, until I get my 3 contract (somthing like CPW refurb 6630 for 3.99, that i can sell on ebay)
any idea where to get cheapest 3g sim card?
theyre not many on eBay and they all go for like 20quid with 15credit.
let me know..
any word on unlocking them (i.e. how soon will it be? or is there any way at all except the network?)
