Instructions on suing cashback companies - no sticky?

I have been posting to an already exiting dialaphone thread but have decided to start up another one as I am asking about something that is slightly related.
Basically, I am sending off my 2nd cashback claim to them and the first since they were taken over by phones4u. Their website has been changed to give a different address I need to send my bills to but I have sent it to the original address I was given in my claim documents.
I sent off by registered post last Tuesday(1st July) and have still not got any confirmation that they have got it yet. I am going to give it another couple of days maybe then will want to go the courts route. You have very little chance of being able to contact them and I reckon that the p4u influence means that they have upped their cashback payment avoidance department. Hence I would prefer not to fanny about and get straight to business. If they pretend they did not get my claim or that I should have sent it to the new address then I will take them to court.
I know that advice on taking cashback companies to the small claims court has been posted many times but it is quite a struggle to fish it out quickly so I was wondering wouldn't it be a good idea if these instructions were set up as a sticky? Especially since
the number of disputes will only escalate?

That's why I started this thread almost a year ago:-

However, your premise is incorrect in my view. Phones4u used to have a terrible reputation but are now very good. Since Dialaphone had a good reputation until recently I think you may be jumping the gun here. The only "confirmation" you can expect or need is from Royal Mail. Phones4u don't acknowledge or promise to and it's far too soon to expect a cheque. If you do things correctly you are covered and could sue if needbe. To sue now would be completely ridiculous and you would fail when payment is not even due for several weeks.

Perhaps I am being a bit hasty but I have lost faith in these companies so am being a bit on the pessimistic side. it is has been 6 days since I posted my claim by 1st class recorded delivery and when I check using the tracking number I see that there is no info yet. The explanation given is that it has not yet been delivered but it does not say why it has taken so long. I am beginning to suspect that maybe they are refusing to accept delivery or that they they have abandoned the old address altogether and are hoping that older customers of dialaphone continue to send claims to that address, only realising too late they should have been sent elsewhere. Of course dialaphone/p4u will say that it was not their fault and they will not need to pay up.
I suppose I will have to send another claim to the new address but it would mean wasting more money on another recorded delivery.
