    All you need to do is hang up! people tend to get drawn in to a long conversation and forget you don't have to listen just put the phone down!!

    I agree, you can just hang up, but that doesn't stop them ringing you again and again ad infinitum........

    You didnt want talk talk anyway. Took me 4 days to convince them they had a fault. Waited 25 minutes to get through(no landline) Indian Call Centre. Repeat same process testing equipment 3 times, 3 peeps. no continuity, explain again and again.. They said no fault their end, if they send engineer to check my end (Dont be rude now) BT Line supplier, If Igot no fault will cost me £140, scare tactics.. Got 18 month contract ends August, Im Gone.

    I just had my call from talk talk - very polite and lasted under a minute -I said i was in an 18 month contract with Sky.
