Hmm, my second order of books arrived today.
I think I preferred the old bol where they took 3 weeks to deliver but the books didn't turn up battered. Still took them 9 days to get here from dispatch as well (dispatched 02 Nov, arrived 11 Nov). 3 books just in a plain cardboard box with no protection aside from one of those plastic air pillows thrown in on top as an afterthought. So the corners of all 3 books are nicely dented and bashed. Grrrrrrrrr..
Surely bol realize that people are buying books to give as presents!! (Although even if they are for myself I would prefer them undamaged thanks!)"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

of everything that comes along their way."

I had second order from bol
package only contained 2 books missing third - I emailed them and they are sending order out again (not sure if this means the missing books or the whole order - have to wait and see)
Why dont you email them and complain about damaged books competitionscafe, say you want them urgently for presents - they replied within 24hours to my mail - says on back of delivery note who to contactThanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -
My order finally arrived from BOL, took ages from when it showed as dispatched, but everything was in good condition, then when I tried to log on to see what was happening my account showed as inactive - argh! Emailed and they seem to be okay at replying, hopefully when I order my next book all will be okay!
My only problem is that dh was home and took the parcel in, eagerly opened it and began to read one of his Christmas presents  Perhaps this online ordering and delivery isn't going to work in our house!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000
