Hy order arrived today and pleased with books - only problem was the box was in shreds and a couple of the books were a bit bent at the edges
Pleased with the prices though. I better go and buy my other one so I don't forget - does anyone know if they send you recommended books? forgot to check when I ordered my first lot

Now you mention it, my parcel wasn't sealed properly. All the books were fine, however. In an effort to get the books out much quicker, I think they are being less careful with their packaging.

Yeah, my packaging was pretty bad too. My book inside was bent at the corners as it wasn't supported inside the box, and the box was a lot bigger than the book. Although the prices are good, you are left pretty disappointed when a duffed in parcel/content arrives.

This happened to me too. My parcel came within a week, well packaged and with a lovely free birthday card I can use!

The box mine arrived in was too big, was ripped & hole punched through side so books damaged, one had hole punched through front. I emailed said books for presents & they have said could have replacements or discount. If yours damaged contact them for replacements - if enough people complain they may start packing books better.

No you just have to order one other book and that's your committment done.
Ordered another straight away as free postage now so i can forget about it.

If you order a second book along with this in your first order this does not cover your 1 book in the first six months. The email i received was:

Unfortunately not. The book needs to be bought separately from the initial order.
