  • I take it the £3 voucher is now expired even though it still comes up on their site?

I bought 2 books, in seperate orders on the same day. I did send an email asking for them to say if this does not meet the membership criteria....haven't heard anything from them, so I assume that everything is okay.

what's going on with quidco cashback from bol?? It keeps jumping from £5 to £12, then back down to £5.....

I just need to catch it on a £12 day I suppose!

I was told that cashback is now £5.00, but as I ordered when Quidco showed £12.00, they added the extra £7.00 for me after I emailed them (as per my earlier post). Guess someone is a bit confused there - two people battling out the number keys!

How long do Quidco take to add the money? I ordered from BOL around 2 weeks ago via Quidco when it was £12 cashback but still nothing showing, not even in pending. New to quidco so not sure how it works.

    Thanks

I'd do an earnings enquiry about that one......

I'm in the same boat. Completed an earnings enquiry 3 days ago but no response yet. I know my system does not block cashback tracking. I logged into Quidco, clicked the bol link and ordered straight away without any errors being reported.

The last time I submitted an earnings enquiry at Quidco, the only thing that happened was that the enquiry status changed to 'processed'. I didn't get paid and I didn't recieve an explaination of why I didn't get paid.

Will have to wait and see what happens but I'm not holding out much hope.

if you are going to discuss quidco - why not do it on the appropraite thread? :)

There is one in the referrers board and the people who run quidco actually post on it as well and also address queries and questions on there occasionally also http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=96055
