contract notice
Hi,
i have just got off to T mobile to discuss my renewal.
They wanted to offer me what a new customer would get for £5 more and would take away my free evening and weekend calls too.
They don't offer you anything for being loyal to them and aren't bother to lose you as a customer.
My contract is up on 27th July.
I was wondering how much notice you have to give them if you are going to leave them.
Also do you have to ask them for your pac number or will the new company sort that out for you ?
thanks for any advice .

usually you have to give 30 days notice to cancel your contract.
you ask for your pac code when you call to cancel, this is valid for 30 days and if you do not use it then your account will not cancel.
you may find that when you call to cancel they may try to offer you a better deal to stayThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:
