o2 ONLINE international out of allowance texts CONFIRMED

International roaming texts are deducted as 4 for 1 for each sent out of your inclusive bundle, same as offline customers, now it only took me about 20 e-mails to get a response!!

You can use your inclusive messages to send text, picture and video messages.

1) Each text sent in the UK uses one message from your allowance.
2) Each picture or video message sent in the UK to other UK mobiles uses four messages.
3) Each text sent from abroad uses four messages.

These are available only on our online and new tariffs currently available on our website.

i've just phoned o2 sales regarding the sim only deals with 1000 text. they also said that when abroad text messages sent to uk mobiles will be deducted from the bundle. has anyone actually done this while abroad? also for the sim only deals, do i need to get international roaming activated or will it already be activated?

on my 30 day prior to 12 monther it was already activated but call and check

just remembered......... gone back an july bill from being in Egypt where i sent 2or3 texts home i was not charged 4 texts or 1 , sure they went through as 0.00 on my bill but no texts came off my bundle at all???

I have a O2 contract with The Link. However, this month, I sent 2 SMS texts abroad, and I was charged for them, eventhough I have about 250 free texts available for this month.

However, one of my friends hasn't got charged to send SMS texts abroad on his O2 contract which he signed online. Each time he sent a text abroad his text bundle will be reduced by 4 texts.
