Hi all.
I have done a spreadsheet on Open Office and I want to put July on the tab(sheet) at the bottom, but there isn't one. How do I add one?
Many thanks

I think like with Excel you need to go to Menu bar, then Tools, then Options, openoffice.org calc, then view. You should get a pop-up window which should give a sheet tab option to tick!I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0

This is for Excel, but should be something the same for Openoffice.
If you mean you want to name your worksheet, then right click on the tab and select rename. Type what you want to call the sheet.
If you want to add a new sheet, go to Insert>Worksheet, or right click on the tab of an existing sheet and select Insert.Charlie0 -
In openoffice
Right click the tab on the work sheet, you then get a menu to rename the sheet or insert new oneTo alcohol! The cause of... and solution to... all of life's problems!:beer:0 -
Thanks for the replies. But there is no tab, so I can't right click on it to rename it, or add another one.

I don't use Open office but surely you can add another worksheet, presumably Insert, Worksheet. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

You should find what you need here.
I did look at that before I did the thread and it didn't help. It says click on the tab...there isn't one....or select one of the sheet tabs and insert another.....I don't have a sheet tab.A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -

If you open a new workbook, File > New > Spreadsheet do you then get Sheet tabs? You may need to enable a display option. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
Just opened a new worksheet and the same thing, no tabs at the bottom. Where would I find the Display Option?A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0
