After a contract with 1000 Xnet minutes, ideally anytime, doesn't have to include a phone, I've spotted this deal with Scancom:
http://www.scancom.co.uk/product.php/534/500//1df682c4e11bac294200374a44771efe which is basically 3000 daytime minutes for £15 a month (EX VAT) on an 18 month contract.
It's OK but not ideal for what I want, anyone know of any better offers? In the past I've seen a website that specialises in sim-only deals but can't seem to find it

The offer you refer to is for Business Users and does not include x-net minutes.Just in case you missed that point.
O2 online are doing sim card only.

I'm not familiar with Scancom although I had a quick look at their website. What about 2 phones on 3 Network Talk & Text 600. Currently work out at £10 a month each at Car Phone Warehouse (probably cheaper elsewhere) plus trade in on old phone plus greasypalm cash back etc.

Cheers both, missed the point about Orange only, will check out the O2 deal, ideally don't want a 3, the person who wants this struggles with 3 reception in there area.2p off is still 2p off!0

OneStopPhoneShop do some excellent deals with a Nokia 3120 on Orange:
Orange Premier 900 (900 xnet mins + 3000 weekend mins) 6 months free.. works out £37.50/month over the 12 month contract period.
Orange Off Peak 1000 - Works out £20 for a year (with £280 cashback), or £1.67/month.
Do involve cashback. If you don't like OSPS, e2save might be able to price match them.0
