The book is Eve Green by Susan Fletcher (Whitbread First Novel Award Winner) - 99p when bought with copies of The Times at W. H. Smith this week, whilst stocks last.

As there seem to be giveaway DVDs on an almost weekly basis, I wanted to start a thread that was kept alive by people adding DVDs that they hear about. Then I will keep an eye out for such posts and keep the original first post uptodate by editing it myself so that it's easy to see what is free that particular week.

I think thats a good idea - or perhaps there should be a single thread that only deals with dvd bargains either in newspapers or from retailers. I sometimes lose the posts about bargain dvds.
