  • There is no "maximum" as such ... remember that the frozen remains of a pre-historic man were found in the Alps and he was perfectly preserved.

    However, the longer you store, the more the product is likely to deteriorate. And, what is really important, is how you thaw, prepare, cook and then finally store the finished article.

    Glad - what is your concern? Taste, texture, or bugs?
