Tesco refusing internet coupons.

I went to the tesco extra at Serpentine Green Peterborough last night and my vouchers were declined

I was told new policy is that you must buy the item

I said customer services at head office had told me one voucher for a product would be accepted as long as the item was sold by tesco

lady on till called over supervisor who repeated the thing about new policy and staff had all had to sign something to confirm they had read the instructions

I asked since when had they now had this policy and they said two weeks
