Self-service machine was still taking them as normal today0

I used 2 lots of Mcains coupons today. Didn't buy anything made by Mcains and they were accepted no problem. I guess it's just individual stores making up their own rules.0

Prescott branch then...............0

I used my coupons yesterday with no problems whatsoever (whew!). Hope other branches aren't considering a change in their policy...0

Thanks very much for the £10 code, if it works then my bottle of Stolichnaya will be free!!!
Used the xx-m7cb code online.
On the confirmation e-mail it doesn't take off the amount, but does list the voucher at the end of the mail and specify that the actual amount paid will appear on the delivery invoice, so fingers crossed will let you know.
Is there an expiry date for this £10 off grocery voucher?Nice to save.0 -
Well the online £10 off code still works, got my shopping today-and the vodka! :P ;DNice to save.0

I was told that they accept internet vouchers aslong as it has "INTERNET VOUCHER" printed on the coupon and that they stock the product. I have been shopping today and used £8 in vouchers.
Tesco always seem to make up the rules as they go along. I count myself lucky that the store I go to are very good at taking whatever vouchers I throw at them ;D0 -
Was told again by the checkout girl in Prescott today that they do not take vouchers. Again couldn't be bothered arguing. So asked at customer services who said no, and we have never done this. ???
Then the girl on the other side of customer services said that they do. So even more ??? >:( ??? >:(
Just sent a nasty e-mail to Tesco, might end up shopping again at Asda.0 -
Shopped at Tesco tonight. Woman who is usually OK about Internet vouchers told me there was a change in policy----they will not accept any printed vouchers. Had a couple of Pampers etc. which they took. Only saved £2.95 instead of the £7 I was hoping for. Will try Asda next week. If they get wind of this they'll be stopping as well.0

It was a bit of a downer but things are looking up. Our store now has self scan tills which take printed coupons, my wife was using it today and a ulay coupon(tesco)wouldn't scan even though she bought it, the supervisor came and put a £1 coin in instead, she commented to my wife about her being able to use the till well and did she prefer it ::) Oh yes said my wife.0
