3 - New upgrade deal, no loyalty bonus on bill
Hi,
I was rang by three a fortnight ago and offered a new deal from their scottish call centre. They told me I was currently receiving a £7/month loyalty bonus, which reduced my bill each month by £7.
They offered me a free nokia N95 if I stayed on my current deal for 18 months. My current deal is:
300 minutes, 150 texts, 25 videos messages, 25 picture messages, £5 downloads (also known as the Direct Video Talk and Text 500)
However I am not receiving the £7 discount on my bill. I feel quite cheated by this, and have sent them an e-mail regarding this.
I am rather stumped as to my rights, since I agreed to this over the phone and did not sign anything how can I have a contract with them? If the phone conversation were recorded it would be clear they offered me this discount but in reality they have simply cheated me.
I have my new nokia n95 which I like, but I am paying £25/month which I believe should be £18.
What are my options?
Thanks in advance,
